Founded in 2016, On-Site Clean was established on the principles of partnership, reliability, and trust within the evolving pharmacy compounding industry. The company was created to address a critical need: ensuring the proper cleaning and maintenance of ISO-classified cleanrooms and supporting safe, compliant operations within sterile compounding suites.
In many facilities, pharmacy technicians are responsible for cleaning in addition to their primary responsibilities, often leading to fatigue and reduced effectiveness. At the same time, environmental services teams frequently face staffing shortages and high turnover, which can result in inconsistent cleaning practices and increased risk of microbial contamination. On-Site Clean was founded to provide a dedicated, specialized solution to these challenges.
Nearly a decade later, we remain a trusted partner to health systems and compounding pharmacies. Our mission continues to focus on supporting pharmacy leadership by strengthening environmental control programs and helping maintain regulatory compliance.
